At LIQUID BULLION, we want you to feel as premium as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all security tags intact to ensure your refund or replacement is processed successfully.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original LIQUID BULLION boxes and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
